Hall Rental

We must receive an email at least one and a half (1.5) to two (2) months in advance of your hall rental date in order to meet with us and fill out your Hall Rental Paperwork. For more information about Renting the Hall or to start the hall rental process, please email bestlutherhallrental@gmail.com. Please leave your name, expected number of guests, and a brief message about your rental and we will email you back.
WE WILL NOT RENT OUR HALL OUT PAST 9PM!

PRICE: $300 for 4 hours
with a $100 Refundable Security Deposit

Our hall can comfortably accommodate 60-75 people. 

**During the end of November, all of December, and beginning of January there will be decorations up for the holidays. They will NOT be removed for your hall rental. Please see the above images for the view of the hall with those decorations.**

*PLEASE NOTE: Calendar is not updated 24/7. You still need to email to confirm if a date is still available. All rentals are on a first come first serve basis. Payment is needed to secure a date.
ALL TUESDAYS, FIRST MONDAY OF EACH MONTH, AND HOLIDAYS ARE UNAVAILABLE.
